With 20 years of experience as an engineer behind him, Lucio began working with Brass Copper and Bronze over 10 years ago.

What started for Lucio as a passion to finf the right sound, soon turned into endless hours of designing, welding, and testing, until
five years later, the Mastro Snare Drum was ready.

Lucio was so pleased with the results, that he wanted to share it with other musicians.

He registered a Business name in 1994 and ........

The Mastro Brass & Copper Hand Crafted Snare Drum was born....

Lucio still works from his small factory in Australia in the Sandown Village region of South Eastern Melbourne, producing this wonderful product to his Customers needs.

With so many drums being churned out by large manufacturers using the same designs and techniques as each other, it is difficult to find a drum that is truly unique.
